I was just having a chat with Mick about the advatages of a good long-throw throttle pedal and looked up the price for My lovely £250+ Logitech G27 wheel and found it online at Currys\PCWank for £169.99!

Not cheap I know  , but if you are in the market it's the lowest price I've ever seen one for...

Keep an eye on Amazon you can sometimes find a cheap one on there. It's hard as sometimes there's only a few to grab

I find it strange that they removed the sequential shifter from the G27 when it was on the G25.

Yeah, it's a shame, the g25 is a great wheel if you can find one on the bay, just a shame it's lacking in buttons.

Further to this, the Thrustmaster T500 RS Force Wheel is listed on Amazon's Black Friday deal for today. The sale for this item starts at 3:15pm. It's current selling price is £450.00 though, so it's not gonna be cheap. But the deal may take a significant chunk off.

Just thought I'd post it in case anyone has won the lottery or anything!

I dont think MR @Spruijt liked my wheel when he tried mine out at the weekend.
Perhaps he can see now why I am hopeless with the wheel, its much harder than using a control pad.

I think it requires a bit of practise to get used to the feel of the thing. It wasn't bad at all and a nice comfy chair.
But I don't see me getting one in the near future though as I have no room for it.
