Afternoon all, not sure if you have Tapatalk, but it's seems easy to use and is great on this forum. Not sure if it's available on iOS but I'm using it on my android phone now.

I also noticed Herm using it too.

Thanks for adding this feature HaloJ and Martok 8-)

Does anyone know what the data usage is like? I'm assuming it's less then using the interwebs normally.

I've had a look at tapatalk with Jenxy's phone and she always bangs on about how good it is. I've not installed it myself yet as I just ordered a new phone but I will be using it next week. I tend look at forums a lot on my phone when I'm out and about so it will work well for myself. :D

I think I used anavo when I had an I Phone, I'm gonna make a quick walk through for tapatalk so people can see what it does.

Aye, Jenxy and Missy are big fans of it. Personally I'm too much of a skin flint to buy it so went for the free version on Android - Convo. Does the trick quite well.

To be honest, I don't use it. I use the forums themselves on my mobile and keep up-to-date when out and about with RSS. We added Tapatalk to the site because people requested it but having seen it in action (Thanks Herman) I'll be having a look at it's output to see if we can include the PSN ID/Xbox id within the user info on Tapatalk.

Thanks Plax I'll take a look at Convo.

I had never heard of it before this site was set up . I asked on other SNR only threads and no one could really explain what it did. I bought it as it was only £1.99 and its amazing. It replaces your browser, reconfigures threads etc so you can actually use a forum from your android phone. No having to zoom in and out hitting the wrong links then scrolling sideways to read and post things. It really is worth the two quid. Wont ever use a forum that dosent have it enabled on my mobile again.

Using Convo now. Doesn't look as slick as Tapatalk, but it does the trick.

    Thanks for the tip

I'm using tapatalk now. A doodle to setup and use on Android. Highly recommend!

Someone with a better android phone than me should upload one of those screenshots onto this thread (visable to everyone) to show people who are not full members what this site looks like and how easy it is to use if you have Tapalk installed.

You should try it while driving a 7.5 tonne truck down the A1.... Actually no you shouldn't.

It's well worth it, I have all the forums I am signed up to on it (the top 'account' image is edited to keep it SNR specific, obviously you would normally see all your forums on this screen), it makes it very easy to keep up to date and reply to threads on the move and it is very fast loading threads even over a slower GPRS & 3G mobile connections...lightning quick over HSDPA obviously! :D

Could be a good thing as I'm struggling to keep up with posts, game and making changes to the code.
