Anyone else having problems signing in to PSN ?
I keep getting a timed out error. The internet is fine and even the browser on the PS3 works fine so its not a net or connection to the router problem.

Weird thing is I can try it and get the error then try again and get signed in.

EDIT: as of yet I havent tried rebooting anything other than the PS3.

I had a couple of issues earlier and some people on Twitter were having issues too.

Yip Clarky texted me saying that it was taking an eternity to sync his friends list. I've not tried yet.

The problems still continue. So I spent the evening playing Forza 4 on Xbox.

Just signed in but it's taking forever to synch my friends list still. Gonna give up for the night.

There is a thread on the official forum but no Sony Mods have commented yet.

I think it might be the sheer amount of releases has caused the slow down. Every bugger is playing Assassins, MOH or Need For Speed. I had issues with it last night and gave up. Seems fine this morning.

Yeah plenty of issues around the place. Likely a load issue caused by the new crappy "online trophy viewing" which looks to be flooding Sony's primary servers and making anything profile related drag out. That or they were doing their usual undocumented busy period maintenance.

Edit : most on my FL were playing Borderlands

I've been having probs with PSN for the last few days while on the PS3 but for some reason it's been okay on the Vita.. Then again its probably down to my connection
