Hello all, I like most of you started my gaming life at a young age thanks to Acegadgets and his game stores. I'm currently an OAP so would like to only be an ally for now although this may change in the not so distant future. I'm 29 years old and live in Geordie land not too far away from Ace im geet old gadget pants. I have a Son and partner and work for a large multinational company distributing paper throughout the world.

My gaming life started with a Spectrum and i worked my way up the ranks, i was an avid 360 gamer but after one too many RRoD, and the fact i had a PS3 collecting dust, decided with a little persuasion from my uncle to start playing on the playstation and after a few games got bit by the Playstation bug. I do from time to time play on my 360 but nowhere near as much as i do my PS3.

My main genre of games is FPS, but i will play anything, Co Op and Multiplayer seems to be most developers forte and so I try to play online as much as possible. My gaming time is currently 9pm - 12pm during the week but will play on weekend whenever i get a chance.

Welcome to the new place, JK!

I didn't realise you we so young, you're about 50 years the junior of Ace. ;)

So, a Speccy boy then? What games did you play on that? I remember the likes of Manic Myna, Jet Set Willy and Lords of Midnight. Oh those rubber keys were just so good...

We've played together over recent months on Uncharted 3 and Starhawk as well as Battlefield 3. I'm sure that will continue and we must definitely get some more Starhawk games in, that's been neglected a bit of late.

Anyway, we're happy to have you on-board as an Ally and you're now greened-up and ready to go. :1thumbup:

Hang on a minute, Spectrums came out in1982 and they had all died by 1984. If you are alledgedy 29 then you were playing on a Spectrum when you were in your mothers womb. An explanation is in order I think

Good to see you on Battlefield earlier Jamie. It was just a shame I got banned from that server before I had a chance to join you. I was top until I got kicked. Not sure why? Either for a incoming member or somebody did not like my claymores.

I do have an unopened spray can of Lynx Africa and not afraid to use it. I can even break out the Old Spice if you like :1thumbup: .

I've recently become and old spice man myself. Was a bit of a joke to start with but it actually is rather a nice fragrance for a gentleman of my age. and the online ads are real funny.
