Multi Mass Effect 3

Ive got it on the 360, and Ive seen all 4 of the endings (theyve added an extra choice in the DLC). Cant speak for the PS3, but I know the 360 online co-op works really well and is good fun. Theres all minor quests to complete within a small map, like kill these enemies, collect this, hack in to this computer etc. Your rewarded with points which you can use to buy equipment packs. These remind me of the sticker/card collections of when I was a kid, as these packs contain rare, ultra-rare & common items. The items are new characters, weapons, upgrades & equipment. The onlines been kept fresh by free DLC from EA which makes a refreshing change.

As far as the campaign is concerned; make sure you play the other two games first. The third is by far the greatest of the bunch, but youll be more invested in the characters and youll enjoy the stories more, especially when a certain Drell makes an appearance.....

Really good ending too, and didnt need the DLC. Yeah there were some threads left hanging, but it was deliberate as they were allowing speculation as to what happened. Still the extended ending doesnt spoil it, and does add to the narrative even more. And this is definitely a the toughest of the trilogies, with a couple of boss fights leaving me swearing!!!

 

I still play it from time to time Herman. I played the new maps recently , got a few new weapons and thought they were really good. Pretty much stick to a single shotgun, but have been trying to rank up my other characters ..
As for the original ending, I wast really too bothered about it, thought it was a decent ending and didnt know what all the whooh haa was about.
Knew they were working on a new ending but didnt realise it was out now?

 

I have it and im up for co op too PS3 im afraid.

Really good games tonight, you chaps are really missing out on a top notch single player AND co op game. Its down to £22.85 at shopto.net. Well worth it.

Strange thing happened last night couldn't join Herman? Kept saying he had a newer version, herman did you update yesterday?

Anywho I bought another elite box which was a bloody dud sick of getting sh!t in these boxes

 

I bought the 99,000 box and also got nothing in it. Wanted some of the N7 characters or even the ones from the last update got a human female and another Krogan for my collection. Weaopons were poor as well.
Do you think it really is random or do you think you will get better stuff if you pay the £2.39?

And Dogstar, we got the new maps last night so I will probably be on around 6 pm - 9 pm for the next few nights. Jamie comes on at about that time .

 

Did you install the maps? I'm confused as a bean cos played a few games which was fine

More single player :-\ might need to finish it lol

 

I didnt re do the ending, and cant really afford the $2 for the new single player weapons. Hope the Leviathon DLC is free.
