Coming out on 31st May.
This is a "must buy" for me . The only question is what format shall I get it on. Although It'll look better on PC , I'll probably go with the majority on here and get it on PS3 as I asume most SNRs will be getting the Playstation version.

Amazon have the Limited edition at £37.99 (console) and £29.99 (Pc).
If anyone sees a bettter pre order price please pop it on here.

I wont be getting it. Unless it plays like GT5, which it wont. Im not saying GT5 is the be and end all of racing games, but for me it is.

I didnt like Dirt or any of the NFS or Burnout titles they all felt a bit "arcadey" They probably did what they were supposed to very well but they just wernt for me.

Must buy for me too, loved the first GRID. I just hope Codemasters won't turn off the online servers as soon as they did with 1.
I won't get it on release day though.

Will be sticking to simulators rather than games from now on. Don't fancy flashback etc.

If I had plenty of money to throw around I would be getting this, it'll piss on both GT5 and NFS:MW from a great height, the first GRID game still puts those two to shame.

But I don't, I won't be buying any new games between now and BF4 so that I can save up to get a next gen system in place to run BF4 on.

I have played all the codemasters racing games from the original Toca, (apart from dirt showdown) so I guess I will be buying this one to, as I have enjoyed all the previous ones.

Its early days, but it sounds as if this isn't going to be very popular with the SNRs . So I think i'll stick with the lower priced and graphically better PC version, which I've seen for £26.98 at my new favorite online retailers, ZAVVI.

Nice new video out showing some of the cars in Europe, but are the brummie codemaster devs having a laugh with one the race team names?
Its looking like a pretty irrisistable game though.

Are there still no others getting it on PC?
The reason I want the PC version is that its only £26.99, my racing wheel / seat work and the graphics will be a lot better than console. Only a week away and getting a bit excited about getting my first real racing game for my PC. I've also a week off in the middle of June, so plenty of time to play it.:D

I will need to play a demo of this before I consider a purchase. No interior view and most probably NFS style physics mean I'm not holding my breath....

That is probably what would sway me into getting it or not (a demo ) especially as GT6 is on the horizon.

The devs say that so few people use interior view that they can make the game run better without it. I only use bzmper or bonnet cam. Grid one handled very well as do all other codemaster racing games.
Just hoping they have a vast amount of real tracks.

I'll be limiting my release day purchases to one game only this year. And Grid 2 isn't it, but I'll buy this when it becomes cheaper. Let's hope they don't turn off the servers too soon.

If you like the feel of a car that rotates around a central pillar!
