I've got him on my friends list, I don't actually know why, assuming he was in OAP or OnR or something and i've played with him at some point ages ago....played Destiny with him the other day and he's a nice chap but I still don't remember who he is.....

Never heard of him. Checked his PSN profile and it says he's Dutch, but his friends list isn't public. Not sure if he is OnR or OAP, checked a few of their friends lists and none of them have him on it. I think @ColSonders must have picked him up cruising or something.
