If any Seniors or Allies have this, I'm up for some co-op action to help get to level 50. I may even buy some of the DLC as we'll.

Post here if your up for it (when I am home).

Re: Borderlands

Oooooh, I have it on the PS3. Only played it once like, but I managed to get to rank 5 at least. A few of the HoPE girlies have it so maybe we could get a foursome together

Re: Borderlands

An easy game to get a leg up if youve got a player with you who knows what theyre doing and has stacks of weapons to give away. It was my sons that gave me a good headstart in this, as I was really struggling initially. Now I'm a ridiculous level with some of the best and rarest weapons ever. And all down to my lads, bless em.

Re: Borderlands

If I still had a copy of the game I'd be no good, i'm max level (is it 69?) so would be able to literally 1 hit kill anything you could survive against at level 50, my little revolver does something in the region of 5000 raw damage per hit before any modifiers.

Although I could probably level a character up to level 50 in about an hour...I hope they sort that out for the next game and scale co-op to the lowest level character.

DLC - The Secret Armory of General Knoxx
That's probably the best DLC of any game i've played, value for money is massive, it adds loads to the game, i'd advise staying away from the others by comparison and defo stay clear of the underdrome one as it's the polar opposite, 4 extra rooms, no extra guns, no points scored, no leveling up.

Re: Borderlands

I'm level 38 already on one play through and ready to go again for the second playthrough. Could quickly get the others to gone level 5 and get trophies there too.

Cheers Col, I'll look into that one. As I have some wallet funding to spend ;)

Re: Borderlands

Borderlands was a game I never went online with and never managed to finish. I bought it a few months after most of my friends had sold theirs so had no one to play online with .Thought single player was brilliant for a few week then suddenly it became very repedative and Ifound something more brilliant to play.

Re: Borderlands

Most people had long stopped playing it before I got it.

My mate got it and asked if I fancied getting it to play co-op with him, which I did as I rarely get to game with him and it was only a tenner. Then he bought all the DLC and I stole it off him. Best game i've ever had for £10

Re: Borderlands

Platinumed it (which was easy, if time consuming) and bought 3 of the 4 DLCs. Lent it to someone and can't remember who! Preordered number 2 which is something I almost never do, but can't wait.

Re: Borderlands

Borderlands for us was something that went under the radar. Martok picked it up on a whim and we very quickly picked up another copy for Co-op because the splitscreen was somewhat awkward. Two play throughs for me, very much enjoyed it. The splitscreen in Borderlands 2 looks very much improved with it being horizontal rather than vertical no more having to scroll the menu to view it all.

Downloaded this, only played a little, reminds me very much of Rage.

It's much more fun playing it as co-op with a bunch of friends though. :)
