Not sure how many of us currently have that DLC to be honest with you.

Aside from the hardcore BF3 lovers most of our BF3 players are returning to the game and some are still debating whether to buy the CoD expansion.

I'm sure if you go with a core game, even with karkand DLC game you'd get a better sign up.

I however would be up for either, my preference would be a proper game mode such as rush.

I'm game for anything but as Col says we may get a better turnout if it's not on the DLC maps.

Maybe we could arrange 2 matches - one with standard + Karkland maps on Rush/Conquest and another one with smaller numbers on the DLC maps?

Hi slaine noticed you added yourself on our leaderboard and are around the same level as me...i really can't take to that mode..
i was thinking about a smallish type game first then moving to bigger game when we become more acquainted

Feel free to join the forum by the way...
maybe TDM or something similair on the original maps might be a idea...

I like TDM. Thats more my sort of game. Not a huge fan of conquest, but I do like Conquest on the Close Quarters maps. Thing is, Ive been playing Gun Master for a little while now (I nearly bloody one my last game clicky). Gutted, but chuffed that Im getting better. Then I had a quick game of Rush and found I was doing a whole lot better. Still getting shot in the back of the head from 2 miles away, after a 50 mile hike to the next M-COM station!!!

Yeah hope you dont mind, but one of you guys did say feel free to add yourself to your Leaderboard, and I was curious. And I may just register over there too. Being hassled by the wife so Ive got to relinquish the PC now, but I might pop over to say hello later

Well I suppose at least TDM won't last too long, so if you're getting a drubbing it'll all be over in the blink of an eye.

I'd rather do Conquest though, a real game mode, with real objectives, rather than a tacked on game mode to cater for those who lack any sort of attention span ;)

Ive only recently rediscovered it too, and its the Close Quarters DLC that peaked my interest. Im also looking forward to trying out Tank Superiority next month too. I love the sound of it, and its another game mode with my name all over it.

I really like Conquest and for the life of me I don't know why I don't play it more often :?

You are a man of great wisdom Gus, Moving Pictures isn't just the best Rush album, it's the best album of all time (in my opinion anyway :D )
