The Last of Us multiplayer is called Factions. When you first log in, you are asked to choose which faction you would like to play – Hunters or Fireflies. Once you have chosen your faction, you can then customise your character with a variety of hats, masks, helmets, taunts and emblems. Many of these are initially locked and these become available as you play the game online.
Weapons loadouts
Your character starts with 4 weapons loadouts – assault, sniper, support and stealth. Each of these loadouts comprises of a handgun, a main gun (in most cases), some...

After reading Shrouds comments, I thought I'd post up a starter guide for Defiance. I am assuming the controller is laid out the same as the 360, so apologies for any errors.

Press the Select button and you get the map. Press the start button and you get the above. You can use R1 & L1 to shuffle through a few extra screens, but on the map or this screen if you hold L2 it brings up an overlay where you can make a further selection. If you want a quicker way to engage in Competitive, Co-op, or Shadow Wars, you can press right on the D-pad. Press left on the D-pad brings up some chat options.
So after a brief cutscene and a few minor fetch/kill quests at the beginning, you're pretty much left to your own devices. So when you hit the Earth Republic camp, feel free to please yourself.
The choices open to you are :-

WRC 3 is the latest Instalment of the officially licensed game from the World Rally Championship.
It went largely unnoticed when released Q4 of 2012, this was in part because of the release of other racers, most notably NFS:MW around the same time, and in part because it's predecessors were quite poor efforts.
However the developers Milestone have taken a large step forward, with a whole new game engine, and car physics.
Game play takes three forms.
There is WRC experience, which takes you to rallying in it's purest form. You can choose from a single stage, a full rally, or all the full world championship calendar, and have the option of group N, s2000, or WRC cars.
This is as good a rally experience as presented by the original Colin McRae rally on PS1.. It is THAT good.
There is also a career mode, called Road to Glory.
In this you take on the role of a young driver, and you are trying to progress...
